South Perth Baseball (Our home facility)

These are as couple of pictures from my last outing. It was my first appearance at our home ground. We had a doubleheader, which means the first game is 7 innings with the 2nd one being the standard 9. I threw the first game and threw a complete game, and won 3-2. Went 7 innings with 7 strikeouts and 4 hits given up. As you can see our home baseball field is basically as big of a dump as the previous field. You'll notice that the only dirt on the field is at home field, the rest is all grass. We throw off portable mounds at these type of fields. Its really quite wierd, but in the end your still playing the game of baseball and it all works out. Basically when we play at Baseball Park it feels like normal baseball to me, but when we play at Club fields it feels like Australian baseball haha......Mary Mac, hopefully your more approving of these pants!
