If you can have fun while fishing even though you didn’t catch any real substantial fish, then you would have had fun fishing with Trevor Smales and I this past week. We went fishing around 3 times, and only caught a few small fish. I don’t think any of the fish were over 10 inches. We obviously didn’t really know what we were doing, but it was still fun to be out getting a line wet. The one negative was that the flies were absolutely terrible by the rocks we fished by. I’m talking fly into your mouth, nose, ears, under your sunglasses. They are absolutely from hell and you could torture a guy by exposing him to these bastards for more than an hour or two at a time.
